We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will ship your order within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

ENZIE utilizes a real Lifetime Warranty and Accidental Damage Protection to ensure a replacement of your ENZIE sunglasses when events from manufacturer defects, to racecars running them over happen. More information regarding these policies are in the homepage menu section "Warranty".
