Warranty
At ENZIE, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. All eligible sunglasses are backed by our Lifetime Warranty and Accidental Damage Protection, subject to the terms below.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser or gift recipient owns the sunglasses. Covered items include frames, lenses, nose pads, lens coatings, hinges, and screws.
Accidental Damage Protection
We also provide protection against accidental damage, including broken frames, scratched lenses, and other unintended damage.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage, you must:

Purchase from an authorized ENZIE dealer;

Register the product within 30 days of purchase using the provided code (or submit proof of purchase for discretionary review if no code was received);

Retain possession of the damaged product;

Submit clear photographs showing all angles of the sunglasses and visible damage (additional documentation or product return may be required).
Backordered & Discontinued Items
If a product is backordered, you may:

Wait for restock, or
-
Select a different model or color of equal or lesser value at no additional cost.
If upgrading to a higher-priced model, you must pay the price difference.
If a model is discontinued, you may select a replacement of equal or lesser value, or upgrade by paying the price difference.
Warranty coverage transfers to the replacement pair once issued.
Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Lost or stolen items;

Superficial scratches or cosmetic blemishes that do not impair vision or performance.
Claims Process
All warranty claims must be submitted through our website. Claims can be processed by navigating to "contact" on our website menu bar followed by filling in your information. You will receive an email within 24 hours requesting images and any extra information needed to fulfill the claim. If sufficient images cannot be provided, the product may be shipped to us for inspection.
Upon issuance of a replacement, warranty coverage transfers to the new pair under the same terms and conditions.
